Jamaica Palace Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at Jamaica Palace Hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. We appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying again.

I had a marvelous experience at the front desk when I came to check in. The lady assisting me, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. professionalism and helpfulness stood out, ensuring that all my questions were answered and my needs were met. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit truly enjoyable. Thank you, thank you

Very dated hotel. Need to invest in renovation to bring it back. Staff were great! Location perfect! Breakfast was out of this world. Our room had roaches what wasn't ideal. Obviously in jamaica your bound to find a roach or two here or there. So we didn't make fuss, just got them out. I've always wanted to stay here so had high expectations which weren't reached. As a whole I'd say it's good to stay for a shorter trip. You will be comfortable and feel safe.

Stunning views, hotel is well maintained and very clean. Loved the pool and terrace, restaurant was very decent. Great gardening work! Room is clean and spacious, but lacking coffee machine, cups and hairdryer. The shower rail came off many times

We felt like royalty for a couple of days. We were greeted by the most pleasant  staff from we entered the property. The front desk staff ensured we got to our rooms with no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. We loved that it was to order and not buffet. Our server Ryan gave us 5 star service for 2 days. Overall, it was a great place for any kind of getaway
