She greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. professionalism and helpfulness stood out, ensuring that all my questions were answered and my needs were met. The Jamaica Palace is our favorite go to hotel in Port Antonio. The grounds are beautifully kept, the pool is complete serenity, the lobby is elegant, the breakfasts artistic and delightful. Shout out to Morgan who made our birthday guy feel so special, and our attentive breakfast guy server 💖 Highly recommended this place for your special getaway.

I am familiar with Jamaican cuisine and salivated over the ackee and saltfish, banana, yam, and dumplings. But I saw other guests delighting in French toast and waffles so whatever the desire it seems the hotel fulfilled those wishes with gusto. I didn't come across a single 'bad' employee. Everybody I encountered seemed happy to be helpful. Remarkable staff, really!

We felt like royalty for a couple of days. We were greeted by the most pleasant staff from we entered the property. The front desk staff ensured we got to our rooms with no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. We loved that it was to order and not buffet. Our server Ryan gave us 5 star service for 2 days. Overall, it was a great place for any kind of getaway

Absolutely stunning hotel. We booked the sea view junior suite which was spacious , airey and comfortable.. only thing missing was kettle inside room. The hotel room was white chequered theme throughout which felt palatial. The staff were amazing . Breakfast limited choice but sufficient. Dinner was lovely. . Would def recommend this hotel .

The hotel has an amazing palace like structure, with well trained staff and large rooms. It is close to Port Antonio downtown (about 10 minutes by car) and 5 to 10 min alway from Frenchman's Cove Beach and Blue Lagoon spot. Taxis and other transportation options (such as vans) pass by in front of the hotel and they stop for you there, if you ask, making the location quite good. It has a great view and a beautiful garden, where you can have breakfast contemplating the nature.

it was quiet , serene and relaxing, the staff were welcoming and the food was amazing. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The environment was spectacular and vast with beautiful art work surrounding the buildings. Pool was clean and towels provided. So nice I have recommended to my daughter who is travelling next week.

Everything!!!!! The staff The food The pool The room Omg!!! The views The grounds were clean and well kept. All the facilities, pool, dinning (in and outdoor) were clean. The staff were very pleasant and professional. The food was amazing. I have a very picky eater, and he enjoyed breakfast and dinner. This was to be a one day/night outside our vacation home for my then 9 y/o son on his spring break. We ended up spending 2 nights. He enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dinning. I enjoyed the scenery from the balcony and outdoor spots. I've recommended this hotel. I'll be back for sure.
